Holiday Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  • Two 8 oz. packages of Philly cream cheese
  • 1 oz. lemon juice
  • 1 lb. shaved ham
  • 6 whole green onions

Directions:

Set out Philly cheese to soften at room tem for 1 hour. Dice green onion stalks. Cut about three fourths of the shaved ham into small pieces and mix with other ingredients by hand in a bowl. Shape into a round ball in center of a serving plate. Use the remaining shaved ham and wrap the ball with a thin layer of it. Chill in fridge overnight and serve with Townhouse or similar type crackers.
