APPLE CRISP
Ingredients:
1 box of yellow cake mix
2 cans of apple pie filling
1 stick of butter
1½ cups of crushed pecans
1 pint vanilla ice cream or whip cream
Directions:
In a 9x13 ungreased cake pan or casserole dish, pour the pie filling into the bottom of the pan. Next, layer the dry cake mix evenly on top of the filling. Melt butter and drizzle evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle crushed pecans over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let cool slightl y. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
