Tangier Island Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
1 can of corn (Del Monte cream-style)
1 large can of evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
½ cup of sugar
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in blender for one minute. Pour into greased baking dish. Put two tablespoons of butter on top. Preheat over at 325 degrees and bake for 55 minutes to an hou r. Let cool before serving.
